Step Into a Life You Love

Welcome! I am a life coach who supports people in building the self-trust and security needed to step into the life they have been thinking about but hesitating to live. My work centers on helping individuals strengthen self-trust, make aligned decisions, and move forward with intention rather than hesitation.

Many people do not feel held back because they lack ideas or desire. They feel held back because self-doubt, fear, and mental overwhelm interrupt action. I work with individuals who are ready to participate more fully in their own lives, try new approaches, make meaningful choices, and stop postponing what matters to them.

My coaching is rooted in creating space to slow down, reflect honestly, and explore what is true for you. I offer a grounded environment where you can think clearly, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and make decisions that feel aligned and sustainable. This work supports you in setting boundaries, navigating change, and choosing how you want to participate in your life with greater steadiness and self-trust.

My path to coaching was shaped by my own transformation. I know what it is like to keep pushing forward while quietly wondering if there is more. Everything shifted when I chose to trust myself, take risks, and intentionally build a life that felt full and honest. Now, I support my clients in doing the same, at their own pace, in ways that feel true to them.

Originally from California, I now call North Dakota home. Outside of coaching, I spend time training for races, lifting at the gym, hiking and camping, traveling, kayaking, roller skating, and being with my dogs. These experiences reinforce what I believe at my core: security and self-trust are built by showing up, engaging fully, and choosing to participate in your own life.

If this resonates with you, I welcome you to connect with me.
