About the event
Connected WITHIN is a three-day holistic wellness retreat held in nature for those seeking rest, clarity, and meaningful connection. The weekend includes yoga and movement, meditation, body work, energy work, reiki, sound baths, life coaching, cacao ceremony, workshops, nature time, and opportunities for reflection and integration. Evenings will feature shared community experiences, including live music and a bonfire gathering (weather permitting).
This is a camping retreat, and participants will bring their own tent and camping gear. Nourishing food will be provided throughout the weekend, with light breakfast options and a shared dinner on Saturday evening. Participants are also welcome to bring their own food or snacks as needed.
