About the event
Guided Reflection and Opportunities for Wisdom (GROW) is a monthly, 90-minute group coaching experience designed to create space for clarity, insight, and meaningful connection. Each session blends guided reflection, open group coaching, and gentle somatic integration to support personal growth in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Participants are invited to bring real-life topics, questions, or challenges for group exploration, while also learning through shared experience and reflection. This series is not about fixing or forcing change, but about slowing down, gaining perspective, and discovering opportunities for wisdom through intentional conversation and embodied practice.
Held on the third Saturday of each month from April through September, GROW offers a consistent space to reflect, process, and move forward with greater awareness and confidence.
