About the event
This Valentine’s Day, you are invited to join us at daCollectivesSpaces as we host a sacred space for reflection, vulnerability, and embodied connection. This experience is centered on L.O.V.E. - Listen. Open. Value. Embody. We will guide you on a journey of returning to yourself through mind–body awareness, heart-centered ritual, and conscious choice.
Melissa, the somatic empowerment guide, will offer guided embodied and energetic experiences to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and connection to the wisdom of the body. Through gentle somatic work, participants will be invited to soften, ground, and listen inward.
Kisha will guide the reflective and integrative aspects of the experience, offering intentional self-inquiry, a guided love-letter-to-self practice, and optional one-on-one coaching support for emotional processing. Her role is to help what arises be seen, honored, and carried forward with self-respect, boundaries, and intentional choice.
